World Championship wrestler Randy Savage was killed in a car crash after suffering a heart attack behind the wheel in Florida. He was 58.
The WWF star Randy Savage, who was known to many as ?Macho Man?, was driving in Tampa, Florida with his wife Lynn on Friday when he had a heart attack, lost control of his vehicle and crashed into a tree.
Savage was admitted to a nearby hospital, where he was declared dead.� His wife Lynn was in the passenger?s seat and only suffered minor injuries.
Dwayne ?The Rock? Johnson tweeted a tribute to the wrestler, whose given name was Randall Mario Poffo.
?The Rock? wrote, ?Rip Randy ?Macho Man? Savage ? you were one of my childhood inspirations and heros (sic). Strength, love and prayers to the Savage/Poffo family.?
