The rumors are false and Nicole Richie wants everyone to know: The 29-year-old is not pregnant. PEOPLE reports the reality TV star-turned-designer shot down all the speculation in a statement released Friday."Contrary to recent speculation, I am not pregnant," she said. "This irresponsible reporting continues to feed an atmosphere of self-doubt and insecurity. To publicly point out a change in anyone's body is mean-spirited and cruel. People's bodies change and change again. This is not newsworthy and is a waste of valuable media space that should be used for more important issues."
Richie is the mother to daughter Harlow, 3, and son Sparrow, 1 �. She also recently tied the knot with long-time beau, Joel Madden. "Nicole and Joel are the perfect example of the kind of parent I want to be one day," doting uncle Benji Madden told PopEater last year.
