From 'Male Gigolo' to husband: Rob Schneider gets married

Rob Schneider and Patricia Azarcoya Arce tied the knot in front of their friends and family.

Once a "Male Gigolo," Rob Schneider is now a married man.

The actor, who is best known for his roles in the "Deuce Bigalow" comedies as well as a number of Adam Sandler films, wed television producer Patricia Azarcoya Arce in a private ceremony Saturday in Beverly Hills.

"Patricia and I were surrounded by our closest friends and family; it was the happiest day of my life," Schneider, 47, said in a statement.

"We had a great time at the wedding and are looking forward to our honeymoon."

Though the marriage comes as a surprise to some fans, a TMZ.com photo taken in late January gave hint to Schneider and Arce's wedding plans after they were spotted at a courthouse - perhaps to file for a marriage license - in Norwalk, Calif.

Schneider was previously married to London King, whom he divorced in 1990. They have one child together.
