Kris Kristofferson ? The Pilgrim: Chapter 33 (Soundtrack Cisco Pike, 1971)
Fair use ? no copyright violation intended. I think I?ll replace the old vid (which is of so poor quality) by this one ? It?s the original soundtrack with the original scenes from Cisco Pike. I don?t remember why I first uploaded the final scene which only has one verse of the song with the soundtrack (a very tender version though) ? maybe because I also uploaded the beginning of the movie or maybe because this police car is so loud in this one here ? They really smoked too many cigarettes? but it?s such a great movie, I love it and can watch it again and again and again? It was Kris? first main movie (except for a small part in Dennis Hopper?s ?The last movie?, for which Kris also wrote the soundtrack). Also starring Gene Hackman who plays kind of a crooked narc, who forces Cisco (Kris), who has just released from jail and is trying to make a comeback as a musician, back to dope business. Kris?s songs with the soundtrack: Loving her was easier, Breakdown, I?d rather be sorry, The pilgrim. All songs are on his second album ?The silver tongued devil and I? I think you needn?t hesitate to buy it for it being a region 1 coded dvd; I have tried this one on a lot of dvd players and the worst was that it was in black-white only, but it ran on all of them ?
