After weeks of heated negotiations and several false starts, they finally found a winning formula.
E! News can confirm that Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller have formally settled on their custody agreement for their twin sons, Bob and Max, in court.
And here's what they decided...
MORE: Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller figure out custody again (but will it stick?)
It's a little complicated.
According to a source familiar with the arrangement, for the first two months, Charlie gets the twins every other weekend, from Saturday morning to Sunday night. The next two months, Charlie will be able to have the kids from Saturday morning to Monday morning every other weekend.
After those four months, if Sheen is alcohol and drug free (both he and Brooke have to submit three random drug tests a month), then he continues his Saturday to Monday rights with additional time from Wednesday morning to Thursday morning.
Along with all of that, both parents have to have their regular nannies around the whole time they are with the children. Charlie's goddesses are allowed to be present when he's with the twins, but cannot show any PDA toward them. And if Brooke finds herself a god, well, neither have them can have any photographs around the kids with their significant others.
And there you have it!
