Peter Andre is dad to daughter Princess and son Junior with Jordan
Peter Andre may have got Katie Price out of his system but, as the mother of his beloved kids Junior, 5, and Princess, 3, he can't get her out of his life.
Their row over Princess's burnt arm turned into a very public spat, with the glamour model losing her temper and reportedly telling Pete she wanted him to 'crash' his 'car and die' - before apologising for reacting 'angrily'.
'I never wished Katie any harm, but the main aim of my life is to be the best father I can be and that's it. That is all I care about,' Pete tells journalist Louise Gannon.
Over the past couple of years Louise has seen Peter, 38, drag himself from the wreck of a man he was when he split from Jordan in May 2009 to the successful artist he is today.
However, it's clear to her that the stress of recent events isn't just affecting him mentally but physically, too.
'In all the years I've known him, Peter's never once laid into Jordan,' says Louise.
'That's not because he still loves her, as she claims; it's because he puts his children's happiness before his most private feelings.
'As he once said: "Katie's the mother of my kids and that's something hugely important for me to respect".'
